The objective is providing high school students comprehensive training in soft and technical skills to increase their chances of insertion and permanence in the labor market.
It has a list of 16 beneficiary technical and vocational schools, more than 160 teachers trained to date and more than 4,400 young people who graduated from the program since 2018.
With the objective of cultivating comprehensive well-being among all PIVEM audiences, CZFS and CAPEX work hand in hand in this program, whose pillars include the generation of work experiences aimed at promoting a safer and more positive environment.
Some of the activities carried out: financial education, health and safety, Human Management conferences, sign language workshop, softball games, concerts, zumbathon, yoga sessions, health days with operations and specialized care for physical and emotional care, among others.

Seeks to raise the professional quality and level of English of the facilitators and students at the Don Bosco Polytechnic institute who are pursuing the technical degree in Graphic Design.
It began in 2021 with the training of teachers and carrying out technical visits to free zone companies with bilingual staff.

Its purpose is to promote educational excellence, create opportunities for students and professionals and promote development projects connected to the university.
We received a visit from students from: Mexico Technological Institute, ISA University, and the Santo Domingo Technological Institute (INTEC)
Students had the opportunity to learn more about the role and importance of the Free Trade Zone sector for the national economy and be part of the production processes of PIVEM companies.
CZFS, in its role as project promoter, sponsors the educational programs and actions of CAPEX, the Center for Innovation and Professional Training.
Active since 2017, it is the first CAPEX Community created to keep graduates of entrepreneurship educational programs connected.
It has taught over 4 thousand students and includes: the celebration of the Entrepreneurial Diploma for SMEs; Bootcamp for entrepreneurs; the presentation of 55 entrepreneurship projects and 300 participants in an entrepreneur fair.
CAPEX Social Responsibility Program.
Started in 2013 and offers a learning space and new tools to the sons and daughters of PIVEM employees. Impacting more than 1,700 young people between 14 and 19 years old.
Its objective is to provide parents with a source of support that allows them to successfully instill values in their children to optimize their family life and therefore their social environment.
Created in 2014, aimed at fathers and mothers of the PIVEM and surrounding communities.
