EDUCATION AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP

CZFS, through Capex, has developed programs that impact its vast Free trade zone community. Through these programs we benefit not only the companies located within the Park, but our investors, workers, surrounding communities and, especially, the young people and children who will be the future leaders of the country. With the objective of achieving a chain of the productive ecosystem, contributing to the development of the Region, we have carried out the following educational initiatives:

The objective is providing high school students comprehensive training in soft and technical skills to increase their chances of insertion and permanence in the labor market.

It has a list of 16 beneficiary technical and vocational schools, more than 160 teachers trained to date and more than 4,400 young people who graduated from the program since 2018.

With the objective of cultivating comprehensive well-being among all PIVEM audiences, CZFS and CAPEX work hand in hand in this program, whose pillars include the generation of work experiences aimed at promoting a safer and more positive environment.

Some of the activities carried out: financial education, health and safety, Human Management conferences, sign language workshop, softball games, concerts, zumbathon, yoga sessions, health days with operations and specialized care for physical and emotional care, among others.

As part of the Corporate Social Responsibility campaign 鈥淲e Can All Contribute鈥, the Corporation, in alliance with the T煤 Eres el Pa铆s Foundation (FUNTUEEP) developed the PIVEM Cultural, Education and Road Safety Day.

This project aims to contribute to modeling the road behavior of the productive community; create citizen awareness and promote agents of change.
