Gustavo Piantini, Director General of Employment of the Ministry of Labor, representing the National Government, opened the event, which brought together key players who masterfully manage the most renowned companies in the Cibao region.
Confronted with the challenges that reality poses, many leaders have wondered about factors that lay the foundations of future business culture: talent and welfare. To discuss this, the panelists included Ignacio Santoni, professor, and Commercial Director of BARNA as moderator and Guillermo Estrella, Managing Partner Estrella y Tupete Abogados; Frank Rodr铆guez, President Chancellor Universidad Tecnologica de Santiago; Pantale贸n Salcedo, President Pantale贸n Salcedo y Asociados; and Manuel Genao, Executive President Grupo Estrella as speakers.

The closing day we enjoyed the lecture – “Virtuoso” concert, by international guest Felipe G贸mez Arbel谩ez. Business Administrator of the Universidad de los Andes in Bogota, with vast experience as an international speaker, who through music shared a lecture with the objective of stimulating the senses and offering tools to awaken the entrepreneurial potential of work teams through messages and models that inspire and motivate.
